Privacy Policy

Overseas Customer Technical Support Site (the “Website”) of Xperix Inc. (the “Company” or “us”) has established and released this Privacy Policy to protect your personal data in accordance with the PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT, and properly respond to any complaints regarding your personal data.


Article 1. Personal data we collect and How do we collect your data?


1. Personal data we collect

In order to manage product-related inquiries and to provide technical supports, the Company collects the following personal information.


For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the following terms apply to both the Company and you.

  • TICKET means a post created by a customer or Xperix technical support team on the Website. Only the requester who created the Ticket has access to the ticket, and Xperix's technical support team with the agent's authority on the Website may review the Ticket to provide technical support.
  • TICKET CREATION means registering the first post of inquiry on the Website.
  • The ticket is created with the following path:
    • It can be created after the customer’s log-in.
    • Customers can request Ticket Creation via Chat-bot.
    • Customers can automatically generate Tickets by sending an email to tech-id@supremainc.com.
  • CHAT-BOT means a chat-based automatic response service provided by the site.


We collect the following Personal data from Website, e-mails, messengers, remote support, etc. in response to technical inquiries made via Tickets.

2. How do we collect your data?

We collect your data through:

  • Direct registration and Ticket creation by customer on the Website
  • Customer’s Request via Chat-bot to create Ticket
  • Response by Customer to Ticket which is created using information provided by the customer
  • Customer’s email inquiry sent to tech-id@supremainc.com. Once a customer sends an email to tech-id@supremainc.com directly, the email creates a Ticket and the Website automatically sends a verification email to enable the access to Website. The customer’s name and email are stored in the Website to send the verification email to the customer.



Article 2. How will we use your data? 


We collect and use your personal data for the purposes set out below. We solely use the collected personal data for the following purposes only. In the event of any changes to such purposes, we will take the necessary measures required by laws, including obtaining your prior consent.

  • To Provide Technical Supports: Handling Inquiry, Analysis and Following up of Technical Support Issue, Sending the response for registered ticket, Sending an email to allow to send announcement/known issue, etc. from the Website-Forum.
  • To analyze Trends on Customer Inquiries: Use statistical analysis data for each customer, market research, product planning, quality issue analysis data.


Article 3. Provision of your personal data to a third party


Unless we acquire your prior consent or otherwise required by applicable laws, we do not, in any case, provide your personal data to a third party.


Article 4. Entrustment and international transfer of your personal data 


We entrust the processing of personal data to external entities in order to provide more convenient and improved services for you. We manage and supervise the entrusted entities to ensure that the entrusted entities process personal data solely for the entrusted tasks, take technical and administrative security measures, and comply with applicable laws relating to personal data.


In the event that details of entrusted tasks or entrusted entities change, we will promptly disclose such information under Article 11 of this Privacy Policy.

Article 5. How long are we going to keep your data?


Unless required by applicable laws, we promptly destroy personal data after achieving the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain personal data collected upon your consent for an agreed period.

If you wish to withdraw your consent or withdraw from membership, request it with a Ticket. Your requests will be processed immediately after confirmation.


In the event that applicable laws require the personal data to be retained, we may keep your information for a certain period of time as stipulated in applicable laws as follows:

Article 6. What are your data protection rights, and how to enforce them?


1. You can at any time exercise the following rights pertaining to the protection of personal data:

  • Your right to request access to personal data: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • Your right to request correction of errors: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • Your right to request deletion of personal data: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions.
  • Your right to request suspension of processing of your personal data: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • Your right to oppose our processing of your personal data: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer your personal data to another organization or directly to you under certain conditions. However, the applicable law may provide otherwise depending on which country you lie in, in which case our policy may change accordingly.


2. The rights set forth in paragraph 1 above may be exercised in writing and by telephone, e-mail or fax, etc., and the Company shall take measures immediately after completing the user verification process.


3. In principle, we do not collect the personal data of users under the age of 16. We will delete the personal data of Users once it is notified that the User is under 16. However, the applicable law may provide otherwise depending on which country you live in, in which case our policy may change accordingly.


Article 7. How do we destroy your personal data


Once the purposes for which personal data is being processed are achieved, we promptly destroy said personal data by default. Procedure and method of destruction are as follows:


1. Procedure

Once the purposes have been achieved or the retention period has passed, your personal data will be either destroyed immediately or after being stored for a certain period of time in a separate database (separate documents if the information is on paper) as required by internal policies or applicable laws. Personal data transferred to the database will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.


2. Method of destroying personal data

The information in the form of electronic files will be deleted using technical methods that prevent records from being recovered. Personal data printed on paper will be either shredded or incinerated.

We take technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary for ensuring security as follows:

1. Encryption of personal information

Personal information is protected by a password, and important data is protected using security features such as encrypting files and transmitted data or using the file lock function.


2. Technical measures against illegal intrusion

The company always monitors customers' personal information to prevent it from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. We regularly maintain anti-virus programs to prevent personal information infringement.


3. Restrictions on Access to the Processing System of Personal Information

The Company is taking the necessary steps for a systematic database system that can process personal information.


4. Handling of personal information and training of employees

Personal information-related employees provide regular training for personnel on the acquisition of new security technologies and on their privacy obligations.


5. Managing personal passwords

In principle, a password is available only to the designated user. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from personal information (e.g. password) leakage caused by individual carelessness, or the general risks associated with the internet and online services. The Company urges users to have a strong awareness of security for their passwords, to frequently change their passwords, and to exercise caution when logging in to the services on public IP.
